A telehealth operator sitting on billions of rows across a dozen systems. Multiple service shops had taken a swing and missed. Leadership couldn't answer basic questions about the state of the business.
What we did.
We embedded with the team for a year. Centralized the data into BigQuery. Curated and modeled it into clean, decision-ready datasets: LTV and pLTV, marketing attribution, client cohorting, and an A/B testing foundation. We didn't hand off a warehouse and walk; we built the muscle around it.
The shift.
